Particularly, items such as kitchen towels, sofa covers, cushions, etc., which are difficult to wash at home, can be processed by us. However, for products like custom-made curtains or items with delicate materials that require special attention, we may, depending on the situation, postpone the washing process. In cases where our washing methods and the customer’s preferences diverge, and if it leads to dissatisfaction with our customer service, we are candid in explaining our situation to the customer and may choose not to proceed with the cleaning. This is because we understand that certain items hold great sentimental value to our customers and they may prefer to handle them in a specific way.
